| Summary: The study includes 247 person, work in Kalkım, Yenice and Bayramiç which are connected Çanakkale Forestry District Directorate and formed by Kazdağları. Organizational extents like quality of job, working conditions, colleagues, administrator, communication, salary, administrative approach, social rights and association image were analyzed in terms of demographic properties in this study. In accordance with the result, the things which need to do to increase job satisfaction of government employees, who works intensively to carry forestry activities out, were showed with their reasons.
