| Summary: Measuring the level of job satisfaction for Forest District Directorates senior personnel like engineer, manager, deputy manager, is the purpose of this thesis. In other words; determine, the things which are satisfy the personnel or the things creates lack of satisfaction on the personnel and to find out the ways of improving the satisfaction. Questionnaire which used in this research had been sent to ninety engineer and senior personnel who are employee of Kemer, Yılanlı, Fethiye, Dalaman, Köyceğiz, Marmaris, Milas, Nazilli, Yatağan, Kavaklıdere and Muğla Forest District Directorates which are affiliated to Muğla Forest Regional Directorate. Eighty four of the distributed questionnaire counted in the scope of this research.Seven basic organizational factors; level of job satisfaction of engineer and senior personnel who works for the Forest District Directorates, employment pattern and working conditions, co-workers, directors, communication, payment, supervisory approach and employee benefits, organization image; searched. These organizational factors analysed by their demographic characteristics. Conclusion of the research; generally getting less payment, annual leave which used out of their control are the primary matters which creates lack of satisfaction for all employees.Key Words: Job Satisfaction, Forest District Directorates, Muğla Forest District Directorates, engineer and senior personnel | |||||||||||||||||||||
