Summary: Mobbing is a psychological haressment that we are mostly exposed at the workplace but, in our country the importance of mobbing is understood recently. It is an important problem that affects employees’ performance and efficiency. Psychological haressment is a hostile behaviour, directed in a systematic manner. The aim of this behaviour is to dismissal the victim or victims who is/are targeted. In this study, the levels of psychological abuse of employees working at the Forest Product Industry sector being the lower branch of manufactoring industry were investigated. NAQ-R scale was used in this study to determine the psychological abuse. The research was conducted with 323 employees working in the Forest Product Industry factories at least 1 year.The result of investigation, it was determined that 21.67% percent of the employees working at the Forest Product Industry sector exposed psychologiacal haressment. Besides, employees’ working period is effective on mobbing. Employees working between 6 and 10 years in the same place more exposed to psychologiacal haressment. In addition, 84,6% percent of the employees in this sector didn’t have any knowledge about psychologiacal haressment or mobbing.
