Summary:

      Today, marketing tools, which is one of the Customer Relationship Management s, forest products, industrial enterprises, pre-sales, during sales and after sales applications, businesses to invest in the causes, patterns of use they provide and the results are discussed in this marketing tool. Forest products companies operating in the industrial sector and the importance of place this model of customer relationship management, customer s place of business in the tried to learn. The forest products industry demands of its customers how to ensure the investments made by businesses operating in, how he applied these investments, what the results obtained from the application, customer satisfaction has been ensured, according to factors that differ between companies, such as the assessment was conducted. The study of the surveys was collect to data. The total numbers of companies surveyed are 344. Working as a region, is based on province of Istanbul. The evaluations of operating data, descriptive statistical methods were used. Hypothesis testing as a t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis were made. As a result of the research, in general, the forest products industry, marketing and customer relations in Turkey in line with the budget and look to support facilities, businesses and their capital grows said to have increased in the modern sense of the importance given to marketing and so on as the results have been obtained.
