Summary: In this study, Turkey furniture industry structure and problems of large-scale enterprises with solutions to these problems to be studied. For this purpose consists of two parts and the research questionnaire containing 65 questions was prepared. Accordingly; Part I of the survey participants and to determine the general characteristics of business questions; II. identify the problems of the furniture business at the 5 point Likert -type scale questions to have taken place . In Turkey face to face interviews with 95 large -scale operation and made contact by e-mail survey responses were received from 42 enterprises. As a result; The most important problem of the furniture industry is a lack of qualified personnel, respectively. This; respectively, energy, deficiencies in laws and regulations, lack of raw materials and financing problems have followed. In addition, the lack of the original design has emerged as a problem other. Problems; universities, colleges, secondary educational institutions and professional associations can be resolved with the cooperation of a significant amount can be demonstrated.
