| Summary: The forest products industry whose manufacturing sector and share in the countrys economy is increasing day by day, and it is one of the most important industry for Turkey because of its value added and provide employment opportunity. Notwithstanding there is no consensus in the current literature, it is an important topic to understand the existing cultures in the business, interpret their cultures correctly, and when it is necessary, using the culture as guidance. Under todays competitive conditions, it is quite difficult for organizations that have not fully understood the importance of the culture to continue their existence in the long run. Within this scope, the thesis investigation and a face-to-face questionnaire were applied to 224 people in plywood and chipboard plants which operate in the forest industry at Ordu and Samsun. The current organizational culture trends of business are tried to be identified with the help of the obtained data which are the age, marital status, positions in business, total service periods in operation, education levels; and the existence of an association between organizational culture trends, and dimensions of organizational behavior have been researched. The data obtained for this purpose were interpreted using Anova, t-test and correlation analyzes. It was stated that organizational behavior dimensions and meaningful differences according to organizational culture trends, also the results of judgments that make a difference and relate as interpreted in the tables.
