Summary: In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture on the development of innovative thinking, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in employees. For this purpose, internationally validated surveys were conducted on 190 people working in Fiber Plate Industry. The data obtained were subjected to One Way Analysis of Variance, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). As a result of the study, it was determined that there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between innovative thinking development, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture. In addition, the effect of organizational culture on the development of innovative thinking, job satisfaction and organizational commitment was found to be statistically significant.
