Ayrıca, ortaya konulan planlama ve tasarım kararlarının sosyal denge, ekoloji, ekonomi gibi dinamikleri gözeten misyonları sağlaması önemlidir. Bu çerçevede, planlama stratejileri ve kentsel tasarım stratejileri, kentsel projeler ve plan bütünlüğünü-uyumu sorgulanması, kontrol araçları tanımlanması amaçlanmaktadır. Kentsel tasarım kararlarının mekana yansıtılması sürecinde kentsel projeler Plan-proje ilişkisi üzerinden sorgulanacak ve örnekler üzerinden incelenecektir. |
