| Summary: Also, in our country, in the last years there have been some efforts to find solutions for various urban problems with urban regeneration projects. However, it has been ignored that urban regeneration should be handled with social and economic aspects as a whole instead of considering just its location aspect. Various problems have been emerged when it hasn’t considered as a whole. These results were collected with the survey study: The regeneration period experienced in Zağnos Valley was observed for the spatial. People who lived in the regeneration area were not considered in the project period. it had not given any option for these people except from the leaving the area.
