As a result of these discussions, new approaches and concepts are being developed, changes are proposed and scientific studies are carried out. In the second stage; The extent to which the legal texts issued for urban protection touch on the dimensions of the urban protection process are examined. In the third and last stage; The analysis of the postgraduate thesis studies produced in the field of Urban Protection, which was put forward in the first stage, and the analysis of the laws regarding the urban protection expressed in the second stage, were evaluated together and as a result; By determining in which direction there is a relationship between postgraduate thesis studies and urban conservation legislation, a guideline will be created for future studies.
